Ruth Allison MITCHELL, 78, of Ringgold, Georgia, died Tuesday, June 15, 2004. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Mitchell; son, Martin Mitchell. Survivors include three sons; four grandchildren. Services were held Friday, June 18, 2004 at Chattanooga National Cemetery. Arrangements were by Wilson Funeral Home of Ringgold, Georgia.
